Role

I led the full-stack development for the site — handling layout design, component logic, CMS integration, and responsive optimization. The goal was to create a clean, fast, and scalable platform that aligns with Activate’s positioning as a strategic digital partner.

Value & Strategy

Rather than loading the site with gimmicks, we focused on subtle transitions, intuitive navigation, and a modular design system that communicates clarity and professionalism. The site is designed to evolve — easily updatable for ongoing content and case studies.

Brand Identity Focus

We kept the visual language minimal and confident — monochrome palette with occasional accents, a grid-based layout, and business-first typography — to match Activate’s no-fluff, value-driven branding.

Project Objective

To build a fast, lightweight, and elegant corporate site that aligns with the brand’s clean consultancy image while remaining SEO-optimized, scalable, and easy to maintain without CMS dependencies.

UI/UX Design

  • Figma (client-provided layout, adapted to responsive breakpoints)
  • TailwindCSS (utility-based clean styling)
  • TypeScale & Grid System: Custom baseline grid for elegant spacing

Front-End

  • Next.js (Static Site Generation with getStaticProps)
  • TailwindCSS (modular design, consistent spacing & typography)
  • Framer Motion (used only for subtle fade transitions, optional)

Back-End

  • No traditional backend – static export for max speed
  • Hosted on Vercel (automatic CI/CD via GitHub)
  • Form submission handled via Formspree (simple email-based form service)
  • Google Analytics v4 + Meta Pixel for tracking

SEO & Performance

  • Custom meta tags per route
  • Open Graph & Twitter Card optimization
  • XML Sitemap & robots.txt manually configured
  • Lighthouse score: 99+ across desktop & mobile
  • CLS: 0, LCP < 1.2s
