Scope of Work
Includes scriptwriting or polishing (depending on package), AI presenter rendering, background design, subtitle integration, and final video delivery. Add-ons such as extra languages, formats, or avatars are billed separately.
Timeline
Standard delivery time is 3 working days per video after all assets and brief are received. Rush delivery (within 24 hours) is available for an additional 25% fee.
Revisions
Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions (minor changes: timing, subtitle fix, background tweaks). Major changes like full script replacement or new avatar render will be billed separately.
Payment Terms
100% payment upfront before production begins. Payments via Wise, PayPal, or international bank transfer. All transaction fees are the client’s responsibility
Deliverables
Client will receive video in chosen resolution (4K/2K/Full HD), and aspect ratio (landscape/square/vertical). Videos delivered via private link (Google Drive, Frame.io, or Wetransfer).
Usage Rights
Final video may be used freely by the client across platforms. Custom avatars or actor-face clones may have separate licensing terms (discussed during briefing).
Cancellation & Refunds
No refunds once production has started. Partial refunds (max 50%) may be issued only if cancellation occurs before rendering begins. Project inactive for 7+ days without client response may be auto-closed
Confidentiality
All scripts, branding, and unreleased videos are kept confidential and will not be shared or showcased without written consent.

Confidentiality
All client-provided materials (scripts, logos, brand assets, internal documents, voice instructions, etc.) are kept strictly confidential and used only for the agreed project scope.
Data Handling
All project files are stored securely for up to 30 days after final delivery. Client may request full deletion of all files at any time, and it will be done within 3 working days
Platform Access
If clients provide platform access (e.g., YouTube login or CMS), credentials will be kept secure and deleted after delivery unless long-term access is agreed upon.
Content Ownership
Clients hold full usage rights to the final delivered video upon full payment. Raw AI avatar files or proprietary production templates remain the property of the provider unless otherwise licensed.
Portfolio Use
Unless the client requests full confidentiality in writing, the provider may showcase up to 30 seconds of final output in portfolios or marketing material (without revealing sensitive content).
Third-Party Tools
AI presenter technology may use third-party software (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen, D-ID). All tools are GDPR-compliant, and content is generated securely under commercial use licenses.
Client Rights
Clients can request access logs, data deletion, or account revocation at any time. All requests will be handled promptly.
