Estimated duration: 3–4 weeks per project. Total duration: 15–20 working days ±1 month. Express delivery not recommended for narrative work. Longer films >30 mins = extended, timeline custom estimate.

Workflow?

Week 1 – Briefing & Material Prep

  • Client sends footage, script, references, and creative brief

  • Kickoff call (30–60 min) to clarify narrative goals

  • Organizing footage, syncing audio, logging sequences

Week 2 – First Cut (Rough + Assembly)

  • Assemble storyline based on script/brief

  • Initial pacing, dialogue flow, and core transitions

  • No color/audio polish yet — just raw rhythm

  • Deliverable: Rough Cut v1 for feedback

Week 3 – Fine Cut & Enhancement

  • Apply feedback from rough cut

  • Add color correction & light grading

  • Enhance transitions, rhythm, text overlays, and timing

  • Deliverable: Fine Cut v2

Week 4 – Final Polish & Export

  • Final audio mixdown (basic leveling & sync)

  • Export in HD/4K format (as needed)

  • Final delivery via Drive/Frame.io + backup zip

  • 2–3 business days revision window (if needed)

Terms & Conditions

By commissioning this service, you agree to these terms. Editing isn’t just technical. It’s storytelling discipline.

  1. Scope of Work
    Editing includes footage assembly, pacing, light color correction, basic audio leveling, and final export. Does not include sound design, advanced VFX, or animation (unless agreed separately).

  2. Timeline
    Estimated duration: 3–4 weeks/project, starting after all materials (footage, brief, script) are received. Delays in feedback or missing assets may extend timeline.

  3. Revisions
    Short film (≤10 mins): 2 revisions included. Medium film (10–30 mins): 3 revisions included. Extra revisions: $50/hour.

  1. Payment Terms
    50% upfront before editing begins. 50% upon final delivery. Payment via Wise, PayPal, or USSDT. Client covers all transaction fees.

  1. Footage Delivery
    Client must provide raw footage, script, and references before Week 1. Delayed/incomplete delivery may pause the timeline.

  2. Ownership & Usage
    Final edited video becomes client property after full payment. Project files (Premiere/Resolve/FCP timeline) not included unless requested in advance. Additional fee may apply.

  3. Cancellation & Refunds
    No refunds once editing has begun. Partial refund may be issued if cancellation happens during Week 1. Inactivity (no response) >30 days = project archived.

  1. File Storage
    Final exported video kept on backup for 30 days. Raw files not archived unless requested (additional cost may apply).

  2. Confidentiality
    All footage and materials are kept private and will never be shared or used without client consent.

Privacy Policy

Your footage is your story. I treat it with full respect and discretion. Editing may be creative, but privacy is non-negotiable.

  1. Confidentiality
    All raw footage, scripts, references, and internal documents provided by the client are strictly confidential and used only for the editing project.

  2. Data Storage
    Final exported videos will be stored for 30 days after delivery. Raw footage is not archived unless specifically requested (additional fee may apply). All project files and materials will be deleted after 60 days unless agreed otherwise.

  1. Access & File Sharing
    Client materials are stored securely and shared only via private links (e.g., Google Drive, Frame.io, WeTransfer Pro). No third party will access the files.

  2. Ownership Rights
    Final exported video belongs fully to the client after full payment is received. Project files (timeline files, raw exports) are not included unless explicitly requested and paid for.

  3. Portfolio Usage
    I may include up to 30 seconds of final edited footage in my private portfolio or showreel, unless client requests confidentiality in writing.

  4. Client Rights
    Clients may request full deletion of all shared files and backups at any time. I will comply within 3 working days.
