Role

I directed, shot, edited, and conducted journalistic fieldwork for the film — from cultural interviews to on-site ritual coverage. My approach blended documentary objectivity with emotional subjectivity, letting the myth tell itself through immersive visual rhythm.

Artistic Direction & Style

Visually, I applied Dziga Vertov’s theories of kino-eye and developing shots, capturing moments that unfold without force. In the editing room, I took inspiration from Wong Kar Wai’s rhythm-first montage — focusing on tone, intuition, and dreamlike pacing over linear narrative.
