Payment Terms
All projects require full or partial payment before work begins, depending on the scope and agreement. Accepted payment methods include Wise, PayPal, international transfer, or local bank transfer (IDR/USD). All transaction and currency conversion fees are borne by the client.
Project Start
Work will only begin after the brief is confirmed and payment is received. Project timelines are calculated from the date of payment, not initial inquiry.
Revisions
Each service includes up to 2 rounds of revisions, unless stated otherwise. Additional revisions beyond this will be billed separately at the agreed hourly rate.
Rush Fee
Urgent requests (48 hours or less) may incur a +25% rush fee, subject to availability.
Cancellation & Refunds
Projects canceled before work begins: eligible for 80% refund. Projects canceled after work has started: no refund. If a client becomes unresponsive for 7+ days, the project may be closed without refund.
File Delivery
Final files will be delivered in the agreed format (Google Drive, Dropbox, email, etc). Editable source files (e.g., .fig, .psd, .aep) are only included if explicitly stated in the package or quoted separately.
Usage Rights
Full usage rights for the final product are transferred to the client after full payment. Drafts, concept materials, and unused directions remain the creator’s intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
All client materials and communications are treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared or published without written consent.
